As a Maintenance Technician at Pace Industries, you will work to keep all machines and equipment up and running. If they breakdown, you’ll have to figure out why they broke and fix them. You’ll also be responsible for activities that will prevent them from breaking down. This is an important job, no pressure!

What it takes to do this job:
Mechanical aptitude to operate tools and equipment to repair machines
Display a high skill level in one or more of the following – electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Understanding of blueprints and electrical schematics
Attention to details and instructions to make a quality repair
Ability to self-start and take initiative and work without direction
Minimize equipment downtime to help us make production rates to get parts to our customers on time – I told you it was an important job!
