We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our fast-paced and growing phone sales team. Candidates are most successful in this role when they can provide innovation and leadership, be a catalyst for growth, establish plans and strategies to expand the knowledge, development, and training of personnel. Must set high standards for performance and ensure that all team members meet or exceed established goals.

Compensation Structure:

Commission – Competitive pay structure -based on experience

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assist in the hiring, proper training & development of associates
  • Able to develop employee to be future management candidates by properly training and provide motivation
  • Research, develop, implement and sustain an impactful process of improvements to drive revenue
  • Analyze and develop new ideas to make investor transactions easier
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase sales
  • Able monitor inbound & outbound marketing channels and activities
  • Able to build new relationships by providing any necessary support and recommendations
  • Ensure a high-performing customer service system by utilizing Company approved CRM & Dialer Solutions
  • Monitor performance and analysis of reports to derive improvement plans for Inbound/Outbound Team Members
  • Assist in the development and execution of an incentive plan to maximize efforts to drive results
  • Monitor response productivity utilizing a variety of CRM & Dialer tools to determine the efficiency of team members, adjusting as needed
  • Provide insight into team forecasts and customer trends to predict performance to plan
  • Leverage sales performance for coaching and development paths for Lead and Acquisition teams, by shadowing and monitoring calls
  • Ability to keep expenses at or below initial budget
  • Responsible for reporting the recommended headcounts needed for the proper utilization of their team(s), by creating & reviewing scheduling and staffing of associates to achieve minimum performance standards & exceed goals
  • Ability to prepare & keep accurate monthly, weekly and month-end reports of their team’s statistics including, but not limited to: monthly, weekly, daily sales, attendance & overall performance of their team
  • Responsible for the preparation of progressive discipline, performance management & reviews
  • Use problem-solving methodology for decision making with high responsibility & personal integrity
  • Perform any reasonable job request or tasks as assigned by management promptly
  • Always keep the Team focused on the company’s goals and values

Requirements:

  • Experience selling products or service via phone and/or in person
  • Experience and training in a sales training system
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales performance
  • Minimum 3 years managing a phone sales team

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

  • Strong skills in pipeline management and sales process improvements
  • Strong coaching and counseling skills
  • Must be skilled in telephone sales KPIs and pipeline management
  • Must possess a strong background in high ticket item sales.
  • Must have a background in new client acquisition sales.
  • Skill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance
  • Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, written, and PC skills are required
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 and Google Suite
